The Telesales module is an extension of Sales Order Processing, utilising historical sales data to provide a proactive sales tool for companies who repeatedly sell similar products to a regular customer base.

Combined with Exchequer's integrated diary system, the Telesales module enables you to schedule calls to regular customers. It displays a suggested sales order screen based on historical sales trends and special offer products.

The order in which items for sale are displayed is also configurable.
